Quality-of-Life Plan
Reimagine South Shore

WHO WE ARE

WHAT WE DO

WHY WE DO IT

In partnership with Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC Chicago) the South Shore Chamber of Commerce, The Neighborhood Network Alliance and South Shore Works have convened to facilitate a Quality-of-Life Plan (QLP) with South Shore residents, business owners and youth.

The Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC) created a comprehensive community planning efforts to support the development of the Quality-of-Life Plans. South Shore’s local community leaders and organizations have joined forces to bring you the South Shore Quality-of-Life Plan.

The QLP is a community-driven process to create a plan for positive change in South Shore. Residents, business owners, and nonprofits will come together to create the plan, which will build on the community’s assets. The plan will address issues including housing, economic development and other issues that impact the community.
